Consultation Drop-Ins

Drop-in consultations offer school staff dedicated time to discuss any concerns, questions or situations they may be encountering with individual pupils, groups of children or classes. Together, we can explore what may be influencing a child's experiences, consider what is already working well and identify practical next steps to support positive outcomes.​

Group Supervision

Group supervision offers staff a supportive space to reflect on their experiences, think together about difficult situations and draw on the knowledge and perspectives within the team.

Using an adapted reflecting team approach, sessions help staff develop a deeper understanding of children's needs, recognise strengths and consider practical ways forward. Supervision can also support staff wellbeing by creating space for reflection and shared problem-solving.
