Group Supervision

Facilitated group based supervision using an adapted reflecting team approach (Anderson, 1987). Reflecting teams offer educational staff a structured space to think about and reflect on an issue they are experiencing at work with a group of colleagues. The reflecting team process aims to empower staff by highlighting strengths and allowing space to consider alternative perspectives for difficult situations. This approach usually works best with between 6 to 8 members of staff.
